Ingredients
4tbspground turmeric
1tbsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
1½tspground ginger
½tspcloves
3-4tbsp coconut sugar4 if you want it on the sweeter side
dash of black pepper*optional
240mL(1 cup) plant based milkor any milk of choice
Instructions
Combine all the spices and sugar in a small mason jar. Seal tightly with the lid and store for future use.
To make 1 cup of latte, heat 1 cup of milk and stir in 2 teaspoons of the latte mix. Pour into a large mug, sip and relax. Feel free to use a frother to add milk foam over the surface.
Notes
*Black pepper activates the properties in turmeric making it easier for your body to absorb. Feel free to omit if it isn't your thing.
